I get delirious

Today is the final Family Law push...memorization is the key. Diet Coke negates my ability to memorize, but I choose not to give it up because it also keeps me awake. Guess we're gonna see how many of my brain cells are still alive.

Last night I literally fell asleep with my face on a Chemerinsky book...I had dreams about the Establishment Clause and whether the government can provide aid to parochial schools.

Last but not least, imagine my delight this morning as I was watching MSNBC while getting ready and heard the following name: Mark Hosenball. BAHAHAHAHAHA. Now that's funny.

Song 'O' The Day

Tin Cup Chalice
Jimmy Buffett

I wanna back to the island
Where the shrimp boats tie up to the pilin'
Gimme oysters and beer
For dinner every day of the year
and I'll feel fine, I'll feel fine

Chorus: I wanna be there
Wanna go back down and lie beside the sea there
With a tin cup for a chalice, fill it up with good red wine
And I'm a' chewin' on a honeysuckle vine

Yeah now, the sun goes slidin' 'cross the water
Sailboats they go searchin' for the breeze
Salt air it ain't thin, It can stick right to your skin
and make you feel fine, Makes you feel fine

Chorus: I wanna be there
Wanna go back down and a' get high by the sea there
With a tin cup for a chalice, fill it up with good red wine
And I'm a' chewin' on a honeysuckle vine

Yes and now you heard my strange proposal
So get that Packard up and let's move
I wanna be there before the day
Tries to steal away and leave us behind
I've made up my mind

Chorus: And I wanna be there
I wanna go back down and die beside the sea there
With a tin cup for a chalice, fill it up with good red wine
And I'm a' chewin' on a honeysuckle vine
