Super DUPER busy. *IF* I finish the motion in limine I have due tomorrow for Evidence, I may post something tonight. I am also still in the middle of my Admiralty take-home, so that's hanging over my head. I've been having dreams of ships passing in the night! I don't think take home exams should last longer than a couple days (I don't think there should be take homes exams in the first place really)...all this time to obsess and rework every problem and issue is just insane. I have read, re-read, and re-re-read every damn case and page and treatise and statute ten million times and the uncertainty and self-doubt is almost paralyzing in its intensity. What is the right answer? Maybe this? Maybe that? Should I go back, erase three pages of work and start over based on an obscure case I found from 1789 that has never been cited anywhere ever? Who am I? How did I get here? Who brought the beer? WHERE ARE MY SNACKS!!???
P.S.: I told M.'s new husband yesterday that I thought he was the best husband "we" had had yet. He thought I was kidding, which was kind of cute really...NOT KIDDING!
