Good to know.

Note to self:

As a brand new insurance adjuster, when you get a file on your desk to "review" that involves a guy who got his hand torn off in a machine, and there are envelopes attached to the file, and the envelopes aren't really labeled, and the envelopes MIGHT be big enough to hold...say...pictures, it might be best to just not open the envelopes. I'm just sayin'.
